5 tips to boost resilience!

1. Choose the right friends
People with positive friends have more energy, more brainpower and live longer. People with negative friends become negative themselves.

2. Walk more
To rebuild your health and energy, you need to do 8 to 10.000 steps a day. In a normal office job you do around 850 steps. So you need to do some planning to get more movement in your daily life.

3. Be thankful
You can train thankfulness by writing down 5 things you are thankful about every second day. It will make you happier, healthier, sleep better, have better social skills and live 7/10 years longer.

4. Set priorities
People with a high resilience factor are able to set priorities and take responsibility in their daily life. They do not feel sorry for themselves, and do not blame others for their own challenges.

5. Sleep 7/8 hours
98% of all people need 7 or more hours sleep. Teenagers between 11 and 15, need 11 hours to develop their brains in a healthy way. But also every adult needs 7/8 hours to stay mentally healthy. Doing less is destroying your brains. So start today with the right choice to sleep enough.
